Nandha College of Allied Health Sciences is one of Our Institution, dedicated to leadership, social welfare and excellence by quality education. Allied health professions are Nobel profession which distinct from nursing, medicine and pharmacy. They work in health care teams to make the health care system by providing a range of diagnostic, technical, therapeutic and direct patient care and support services that are critical to the other health professionals they work with and the patients they serve. "Allied Health Professions are a distinct group of health professionals who apply their expertise to prevent disease transmission, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate people of all ages and all specialties. Together with a range of technical and supportive staff they may deliver direct patient care, rehabilitation, treatment, diagnostics and health improvement interventions to restore and maintain optimal physical, sensory, psychological, cognitive and social functions."

Allied health professions are more specialized and so must adhere to national training and education standards and their professional scope of practice. Often they must prove their skills through degrees, diplomas, certified credentials and continuing education. Other allied health professions require no special training or credentials and are trained for their work by their employer through on-the-job training. Many allied health jobs are considered career ladder jobs because of the opportunities for advancement within specific fields.

Nandha Institution is one of the colleges which turn out well trained paramedical graduates who support the clinicians in medical colleges, hospitals and clinics not only in our country but all over the world. The courses offering in Nandha allied Health sciences are Degree Programmes. The departments under the Degree programmes (3 + 1 year) are Accident and Emergency Care technology, Radiology and Imaging Technology, Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology, Cardiac Technology, Dialysis Technology, cardiac perfusion care technology, Neuroelectrophysiology, Physician Assistant, Medical laboratory technology and Respiratory therapy. During the internship period, the students are trained to evaluate patients, diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans.
